It is a registered company, which was registered in Chungho(Zhonghe) City, Taipei County, Taiwan. The company is primarily engaged in developing content filtering, encryption software, network monitor system, various types of system of C/ S structure and Web Based application programs etc.

The company is committed to provide customers of various network application services and the integrated solutions about information security to enable enterprises to better use the company's resources, guarantee the safety of using resources, and rapid access to the Internet network for operating services. Thereby enterprises can improve the efficiency of production and enhance their competitiveness.

Now, it is time for an new era - DCI's EZ-Lock DRM (Digital Right Management). The program creates a safe environment which the client computers use their applications as if nothing else was installed. Inside the environment, all the data files are encrypted and decrypted automatically and transparently. If, somehow, it does leak out of the company, the file is useless as you cannot decrypt the file to see the information inside. You do not have to worry about whether the files are transferred out, hacked, or trojan/ malware affected as the information inside the file cannot be viewed.
